MRS. FRANK ECKLER
Mrs. Anna Eckler, aged 89, of Westville, died at the Bliss Nursing Home in Milford.
She was born January 10, 1871; in Pennsylvania, the daughter of Cyrus and Laura (Hilsinger) Quick. She was married to Frank Eckler on September 17, 1889 at Milford. He died February 28, 1952.
Mrs. Eckler was a charter member of Burlington Grange and a member of the Westville Grange for over 50 years.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. J. W. Kelley of Schuyler Lake; five sons, Charles,of Westville, Floyd of Middlefield, Henry. of Westville, Lorenzo of Binghamton and Earl of Hudson Falls; two sisters, Mrs. Roxy Beatty of New Berlin and Mrs. Floyd Olin of Mohawk; 12 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday from the Tillapaugh Funeral Home in Milford with the Rev. Philip Pitcher of the Methodist Church, officiating. Burial was in the Westville Cemetery.
