Emil D. Ackermann, age 75 years, of 146 So. W.W. White Rd., died in a local hospital Sunday. Life resident of Bexar County. Member of WOW Camp 38 at Texas. Survivors: Wife, Mrs. Bertha O. Ackermann; daughters, Mrs. Hulda Gordan, Mrs. Bertha M. Leinweber, Mrs. Wilhelmina M. Epp, Mrs. Mae O. Barthelme, Mrs. Elsie A. Sibley, Mrs. Lillian M. Pegg; son, Martin R. Ackermann; sister, Mrs. Johanna Coker; brother, Adolph Ackermann; 23 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services will be Wednesday afternoon at 4 o'clock at the Riebe Chapel with the Rev. William E. Scholze officiating. Interment in Sunset Memorial Park.
