He is survived by his father, the Rev. Jesse J. Beatty of Caruthersville; One sister, Mrs. Brenda Hoyle of Cheraw, S.C.; One nephew, Brian Scott Hoyle, stationed with the Air Force in Okinawa, Japan; and three cousins, Mrs. Helen Malone of Caruthersville, Marvin Robertson of Milwaukee and Mrs. Mary Ann Dennis of Kennett.
Services were Oct. 29 at 2 p.m. at The Wesleyan Church, the Rev. Kenny Lee officiating, with burial in Maple Cemetery, H.S. Smith Funeral Home in charge.
Pallbearers were Charles Dodson, Rick Fairey, Billy Hollis, Kenneth Lee, John Ed Pullam and Bob Henderson.
Honorary pallbearers were Jim Anderson, Virgil Edwards, Ed Tutt, Charles Ervin, Bruce Cheek and Paul Nicholson.
