Lydia and Joseph had a daughter Almira who was born in Bridgewater on May 5, 1810 and died July 15, 1900. She married Joseph Huckins, son of Joseph and Nancy (Collins) Huckins. They also had a son, Josiah Worthen who married Dorothy Smith Leavitt on May 25, 1817 in Meridith,Belknap, N.H. Dorothy was the daughter of Amos Dolloff Leavitt and Dorothy Smith. There were 12 children in all including: Elizabeth, Abigail Bartlett, Jesse, Mary, Lydia, Dorothy S., Joseph, Louisa, Ruth Ann and Harriet Newell.
Joseph was born at Chester, Rockingham, N.H. on June 8, 1767 and died on Nov. 7, 1861 in Bridgewater, Grafton, N.H.
