Mrs. Mary Catherine Morgan Aldridge 72 of Miller Rd. Salisbury died Friday May 8, 2009 at Rowan Regional Medical Center. Born on November 22, 1936 in Rowan County, she was the daughter of Harvey and Carrie Lentz Morgan. She attended Rowan County Schools and was a member of Grace Lutheran Church. Being a homemaker, she enjoyed gardening and flowers.
Survivors are husband, Robert Aldridge Sr. to whom she was married for 54 years. Sons Robert Lee Aldridge Jr.of China Grove and Terry Lee Aldridge of Salisbury, daughters Janice K. Hackler (Jack) of Salisbury and Peggy Jo Rummage (Tommy) of Salisbury.
Sisters Betty Peacock and Troy Mills, both of Salisbury. Grandchildren Sydney Aldridge, Nicholas Rummage and April Rummage.
Visitation will be on Monday at Grace Lutheran Church from 2:45- 4:00 with funeral following at 4:00 at the church with Rev. David Nelson, officiating with burial in church cemetery.
