Services for Floyd Rogers, 39, Bloomington, who died Friday evening, will be 1 p.m. Monday at Green and Harrell Mortuary. Sister Grace Hillenburh will officiate with burial following in Allen Creek Cemetery.
Born Oct. 10, 1943, in Monroe County, he was the son of Floyd Thomas and Pauline (Voland) Rogers. He was a quarry worker with the Independent Stone Company.
Survivors include his wife of Bloomington; his mother of Bloomington; seven sisters, Mrs. Branam, Mrs. Capps, Mrs. VanPelt, and Mrs. VanBuskirk, all of Bloomington, Mrs. Bender and Mrs. Chambers, both of San Antonio, Texas, and Mrs. Houshour of Galliano, La.; and two brothers, both of Bloomington.
He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Eddie and Daniel Rogers.
Friends may call from 2-9 p.m. today and from 9:30 a.m. until service Monday at the mortuary.
