Wilma Mae (Rogers) Branam, 88, of Bloomington passed away on April 6, 2023 at the IU Health Bloomington Hospital. She was born September 16, 1934 in Bloomington, Indiana the daughter of Floyd Thomas and Pauline A. (Voland) Rogers.

Wilma was a 1952 graduate of Smithville High School. She married the love of her life Max Branam in September of 1964 in Bloomington, Indiana. Wilma worked for Sarkes Tarzian for many years, and then for RCA for over 30 years before retiring. Wilma attended Simpson Chapel Methodist Church. She enjoyed reading, traveling, going on rides thru the country and Brown County, and spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed.

Wilma is survived by her sisters, Patty Chambers; Betty Bender both of San Antonio; Nancy Capps; Connie Van Pelt and Barbara Van Buskirk all of Bloomington; her brother, Jimmy Rogers of Bloomington; and many nieces; nephews; and array of caring friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Pauline Rogers; her husband, Max Branam; her daughter, Marcia Jane Rogers; and her four brothers Eddie Rogers; Floyd Ray Rogers; Danny Rogers and Ricky Rogers.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00pm Wednesday, April 12, 2023 with her nephew Scott Branam officiating. Burial will follow at Simpson Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00pm to service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
