A funeral for Miss Westmoreland will be held at St. Timothy's Episcopal Church Sunday afternoon. McConnell Service Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Miss Westmoreland was a sister of the late Dr. Hawkins Westmoreland.
Served as librarian at the Houston Memorial Library for a number of years and was one of the original members of the local D.A.R. chapter.
