Harry Lee, son of James W. and Mattie Lee (Keeton) Rigney, was born at Cordell, Washita County, OK and lived there until the family moved to Florida about the year 1915. He graduated Groveland Highschool, in Lake County, and was married on Sept. 30, 1935 to Kathleen Lillian Schargus. They had no children. They owned citrus groves south of Clermont, also in Lake County, and raised and sold produce. For a few years he was a salesman for a tombstone company. He died at his rural home of natural causes and was found by his neighbors.

Harry and Kathleen attended the Baptist Church in Groveland and the pastor of this church, Randy Mitchell, presided at the graveside service in Greenwood Cemetery, with interment following.

He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, three sisters and two brothers. Surviving to mourn his passing are several nieces and nephews.
