Blanche was born October 15, 1914, in Fairfield, Texas the daughter of Robert Hatcher Grant and Beatrice Garrett Grant. She was a resident of Presbyterian Manor for the past fourteen years.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, husband, James Tipton Sr, grandson Steven Thomas Krasick, two brothers Lester Grant and Robert H. Grant, Jr.
Survivors include her daughter, Jeanne Shidler and husband John of Kansas City, Kansas, three sons: James Tipton, Jr. and his wife Bonnie, Bosque Farms, NM, David Tipton and his wife Hazel, Sophia, NC and Richard Tipton and his wife Martha, Stockton, CA, 15 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, step-grandchildren and step-great grand children.
