The obituary in the Argus Leader (7/6/32) says he died on Monday the 4 of July and this is confirmed in his death certificate. The records from cemetary, however, says he died on the 5 of July 1932.

(Argus Leader pg 2 Thursday July 7, 1932): Last rites were held at Miller chapel this afternoon for Henry Brandt, 87 years old, of 511 South Summit ave., who died Monday. A large number of old friends and relatives were present for the services and many beautiful flowers were sent. Rev O. G. Malmin, pastor of the East Side Lutheran church, officated. The pallbearers were J. H. Kiel, S. S. Shriver, Henry Jacobs, William Zimmerman, John Groth, and Fred Krause. Burial was made at Woodlawn cemetery under the direction of the Miller Funeral Home.
