Eileen Jamison Adcock, 92, of Boones Mill, died Wednesday, March 26, 2008. She was the daughter of the late David L. and Mary E. Jamison.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry G. Adcock and seven siblings.

Surviving are twin sons and wives, Perry Claude Adcock and Linda, and Jerry David Adcock and Susan; daughter and son-in-law, Janet and B.G. Pickle; grandchildren and spouses, Kimberly (Brian) Stine, David (Margie) Adcock, Amy (Todd) Pilcher and Chris Adcock; great-grandchildren, Katie and Allison Stine, Jack and Ava Pilcher and Hawkins and Charlotte Adcock; and several nieces and nephews also survive.

The family would like to recognize and thank her caretakers, Darnell, Dorothy, Diann, Bob and Mike. Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to Antioch Church of the Brethren, 2996 Callaway Road, Rocky Mount, Va. 24151 or to Boones Mill Rescue and Fire Departments, 285 Cahas Lane, Boones Mill, Va. 24065.

Funeral services will be conducted from Antioch Church of the Brethren at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 29, 2008, with Pastor Tom Powers officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Her family will be receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, March 28, 2008, at the church and from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Saturday before the service. A luncheon will be served at the church following the service on Saturday. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service, Rocky Mount, Va.
