Lena G. Taroli, of Arma, died at 3:40 p.m., Wednesday, March 28, 2007, at the Arma Care Center, Arma, KS.
She was born November 13, 1915 at Little River, Kansas, to Luke and Lily Brown Griffitts.
She married Vincent Taroli, Jr. in 1962. He preceded her in death.
Mrs. Taroli was a homemaker and had lived in this area all of her life.
She was a former member of the Arma Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Jack Stanley, Sr. of Pittsburg; three daughters, Shirley Horton of Ben Wheeler, TX, Tami Paul of Radcliff, KY, and Betty Jones of Arma, KS; twenty-one grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren; and twenty-seven great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, three sons, James E. Stanley, Kenneth L. Stanley, and Michael Evans; two daughters, Lena Maria Stanley and Barbara Anderson; and a grandson, Kenneth L. Stanley, Jr.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday (March 31, 2007) at Brenner Mortuary with Brian Thomason, officiating. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. tonight at the Brenner Mortuary, where friends may call after 1 p.m..
Arrangements are under the direction of the Brenner Mortuary, 114 E. 4th St., Pittsburg.
