Betty Ann Stanley Jones, 71 of Arma went to be with the lord on July 14th, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family after a four year battle with cancer .
Betty was the daughter of Lena Geneva Griffitt and James Edward Stanley.
She was preceded in death by her husband James J. Jones. Betty was also preceded in death by four brothers: Michael Evans, James Jr., Kenneth and Jack Stanley as well as one sister Barbara Anderson.
She is survived by one sister: Shirley Hortman. Betty is survived by her three daughters: Laura Warford, Shelly Burns and Brenda Lentz. Grandchildren: Jason and Carmella Warford, Justin and Jill Warford, Jared and Stephanie Warford, Sarah and Randy Stinebaugh, Danielle and Chris Jones. Great-Grandchildren: Jaxon and Kenleigh Warford, Tom, Gage and Presley Warford, Haley and Morgan Stinebaugh and expected new Grand baby Jones. Betty also had many nieces, nephews and friends whom she loved dearly.
Betty was cremated per her wishes. A memorial graveside service will be held at the Garden of Memories at 10:00 am. Monday July 25th.
In lieu of flowers family has requested donations in her memory go to The Food Pantry at USD #246 or Harry Hynes Hospice, who showed Betty great love and care throughout her last months of life.
