Rockton, Feb. 16. - Mrs. Charles Clover, 69 years old, died at her home here shortly after 7 o'clock Saturday night after suffering for two years with a lingering illness caused by an enlarged heart. She was a life-long resident of this place.
Viola Shores was born April 4, 1856, and spent many years on a farm a few miles from here. She married Charles F. Clover in 1878 and later moved into Rockton.
Survivors are Mr. Clover; four children, M.C. Clover, Palm Beach, Fla.; Fred C. Clover, Mrs. G.P. Webber and Mrs. L.E. Wilson, all of Rockton; one sister, one brother, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the home, the Rev. C.W. Jaycox officiating. Interment will be in the Rockton cemetery.
