Essie Mae Wilson, 89, of Nokomis, Fla., died in a Sarasota nursing home Sunday.
A former Rockton area resident, she was born Jan. 7, 1886, in Rockton, the daughter of Charles and Viola Clover. She lived in the Minneapolis, Minn., area for many years. She married Lloyd Wilson, June 12, 1912, in Rockton.
He is deceased.
Survivors include: a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Wyla) Keller, of Nokomis; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren, and two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Louise Clover and Mrs. Wilma Wishop, both of Rockton.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the Rosman, Uehling, Kinzer Blackhawk Chapel, the Rev. Gary Nedelsky officiating. Burial will be in Shirland Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
