Hugh M. Gibbs, Baltimore, died Monday morning in the Baltimore City hospital of coronary thrombosis, according to word received by his sister, Mrs. M. Luther Fackler, Hillcrest. Mr. Gibbs lived in the 400-block West Philadelphia street, York, 17 years ago. Since then, he had been employed at Swift's Chemical Company, Curtis Bay, Md.
Surviving, besides his widow, Mrs. Thelma W. Gibbs, are two children, Maynard and Beverly Ann, Baltimore; his mother, Mrs. H. M. Gibbs, Hillcrest; a brother, Norman M. Gibbs, Yorkshire, and a sister, Mrs. Fackler.
Funeral services were held at the Towell Funeral home, Baltimore, at 2:30 p.m. today. Interment was in Hopewell cemetery, Stewartstown.
