Mrs. Annie McDonald Gibbs, 78, widow of H. M. Gibbs, died at 5:15 a.m. yesterday at York Hospital, where she had been a patient five days. Mrs. Gibbs, who lived the past seven years with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Luther M. Fackler, 457 Hillcrest road, at one time resided in Stewartstown. Death followed a lingering illness.
She also leaves another daughter, Norma M. Gibbs, Manchester R.D. 1; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Emma G. McDonald, York, and a brother, Willis McDonald, of Maryland.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Fackler Home. The Rev. Paul V. Cunkle, pastor of Fifth E. U. B. Church, North York, will officiate.
Interment will be in Stewartstown Cemetery.
