PULASKI — Lois Ann Spence Arnold, 54, of 147 Pinnacle Street, Pulaski, died Sunday, April 8, 2001 in the Pulaski Community Hospital.

She was born in Pulaski on June 16, 1946 and was the daughter of the late Raymond Harrison Spence.

She was a member of the Midway Church of God of Prophecy, Pulaski.

Surviving are: husband, Elmer Junior Arnold of Pulaski; daughter, Crystal Arnold of Pulaski; son, Edward "Eddie" Arnold of Pulaski; mother, Violet Hughes of Richmond; brothers, Vestal B. Spence, Alvin H. Spence and Sanford W. Spence, all of Pulaski; Elwood C. Spence of Manassas, Douglas E. Spence of Giles County and Roger D. Spence of Dulles, Va.; half-sister, Rebecca Hughes of Richmond; half-brother, Arko Hughes of Richmond and two special nieces, Lisa Cook of Draper and Rhonda Williams of Pulaski.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. from the Stevens Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Dale Akers officiating. Burial will follow in the Jones Cemetery (Gunton Park), Wythe County. Visiting will be this evening at Stevens Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. The family will be meeting at the residence of Lisa and Jeff Cook, 2627 Green Drive (Painter's Woods), Draper. Arrangements by Stevens Funeral Home, Inc., in Pulaski.
