Mrs. Loyce Faye Butler, age 85, of Garland, Texas, passed away March 20, 2005, in Rockwall, Texas. She was born October 22, 1919, in Texarkana, Texas, to Joseph Luther and Pearlie Mae (Rodgers) Cline. On April 1, 1937, she married W. L. Butler in Durant, Oklahoma. She was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her son, Travis Leon Butler of Lubbock, Texas; daughters, Betty Lois Drain and Martha Ellen Latham and husband, Weldon, all of Farmersville, Texas, and Glenda Ann Gunter of Garland, Texas; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Joseph Wayne Cline of Garland, Texas; sister, Emma Lou Putman of Lone Oak, Texas; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and one brother. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 23, 2005, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Bro. Ken Ashlock officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Tuesday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
