Martha "Nanny" Latham of Nevada, Texas passed away on February 19, 2019 at the age of 79. She was born on September 5, 1939 to Wessie and Loyce (Cline) Butler in McKinney, Texas. Nanny was a graduate of Garland High School. On May 19, 1972, she married Cletus Weldon Latham in Dallas, Texas and was a member of First Baptist Church in Lavon, Texas.

Nanny is survived by her children, Steven Kiser and wife, Janie of Nevada, Texas, Timothy Latham and wife, Alice of Plano, Texas, Sheila Cernosek and husband, John of Garland, Texas, Kimberly Little and husband, Merle of Farmersville, Texas and Brenda Latham of Arlington, Texas; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Drain Peurifoy and husband, Pinky of Farmersville, Texas; and numerous other loving family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cletus Latham; parents, Wessie and Loyce Butler; brother, Travis Butler; and sister, Glenda Gunter.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 22, 2019 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas.
