BELTON - Lois Annie Laura Woodard Ouzts Starnes, 79, of 36 Smythe St., died July 10, 2004 at her residence. Born in Madison County AL, she was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Williamston, where she was a Sunday school teacher for Joyce Ellison Sunday school class. She was also a member of the Order of The Eastern Star Chapter 105 for 50 years and seven times Past Matron. Surviving are widower, Willie Lee Starnes; daughters, Elizabeth "Betty" Broadwell and Nancy McKittrick, both of Anderson, Linda Joyce Cook, Barbara McKittrick and Janice Ann Mullinax, all of Belton; sister, Susie Crawford of Belton. She was the daughter of the late Reuben Woodard and Vera Williams Woodard. She was preceded in death by brothers, James Eugene Woodard and Otis Odell Woodard. Burial at Garden of Memories.
