Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Vera Williams Woodard; two sons, Eugene Woodard of Greenwood and Odell Woodard of the US Army in Japan; two daughters, Mrs. John Ouzts and Mrs. Rueben Crawford of Belton; a sister, Mrs. John Speck of Hunsville AL; 13 grandchidlren and a great-grandchild.
