Obituary of Nora Lucille Walker
(February 17, 1926~ November 23, 2012)

D'Iberville, MS ~ Nora Lucille "Nannie Lou" Walker, of D'Iberville, was born on February 17, 1926, to Artie and Fred Switzer. On November 23, 2012, she was called Home to be with the Lord and her precedent family.

She is survived by her children, Nancy P. White, Edward Walker, and Christopher (Tina) Walker; 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

She was a wonderful woman who was a Worthy Matron in the Ocean Springs Chapter of Eastern Star, a believer in regularly donating to Shriners Hospital, and a member of Daughters of the Nile. She was a strong influence to many and loved by all.

Services will be held on Wednesday, November 28, 2012, at 11am at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 274 Beauvoir Road in Biloxi, where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Cemetery in Ocean Springs.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, 3100 Samford Ave., Shreveport, LA 71103, however, flowers may also be sent to the funeral home.
