MARY, WIFE OF ELIAS HELLER, residing on Penn avenue, Souderton, died on Wednesday morning at 7 o'clock at the home of her son-in-law, Edwin Slick, No. 2753 Opal street, Philadelphia. Mrs. Heller was taken to Jefferson Hospital, Philadelphia, about six months ago and was operated on for cancer. For the past 11 weeks she was confined to her bed, but prior to that time took treatments at the hospital. Deceased was aged 55 years, 5 months and 2 days. She is survived by her husband and five children—Mrs. Slick, Mrs. Alice Allrich, Miss Lillie Heller [s.b. Benner], all of Philadelphia. Several step-brothers and step-sisters and her step-mother, Mrs. Mary Kline, of Gerysville, also survive. The funeral will be held on Saturday morning at 10 o'clock at Emmanuel's Lutheran church, Souderton. Interment will be made at the Souderton Mennonite burying grounds. Enos S. Moyer is the funeral director.
