Pittsboro - Mrs. Sarah Reynolds, early settler in this community, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Fred Robbins, west of here Monday evening. Mrs. Reynolds was eighty-one years old and was the mother of nine children, six of whom are living: Mrs. Maude Ringer and Isaac Reynolds of Union Springs, N. Y., Chester, Oscar and Mrs. Robbins, Pittsboro, and Eva Reynolds, Crawfordsville. Sixteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren survive. Funeral services were held at the Pittsboro Baptist church of which she was a member, Wednesday afternoon.
