Tilghmanton Letter
A tribute to Louise Remsburg, who passed on last Saturday morning at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Milton Remsburg. Louise completed the course at Bakersville grammar school, graduated from the Hagerstown High School, class of '31, took a secretarial course at Strayer's Business College, Washington, after which she secured a responsible position which she filled with credit to herself, continuing until forced to resign due to ill health nearly two years ago. During her illness she suffered agony at times but ever thoughtful of ones with her, she bore it without a murmur. Early in life she united with the Bakersville Lutheran church. Funeral services were conducted at the home last Monday afternoon by her pastor, Rev. R.M. Miller, who touched feelingly on her life. Pallbearers were Reginal Vickers, Clifton Smith, Earl Grove, Harry Starlier, Remsburg Brill and Grady Grim. The floral tributes were beautiful and numerous.
