Betty Sherrill McKee, age 86, of Cornelius, passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2015. A member of Fairview UMC in Mt. Mourne, an avid quilter and published writer . She was preceded in death by her husband F.E. “Mac” McKee Sr.; daughter, Cindy Peterson. Survived by Son, F.E. McKee Jr and Mollie of Cornelius NC; daughter, Kim Driver and Charles of Iron Station, NC; 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
