She was born on July 5, 1955, in Detroit, Michigan, to Betty Rankin McNeil and Walter McNeil.
Anne worked as a cosmetologist for many years. She enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing bingo.
Survivors include her brother, Daniel McNeil of Hot Springs, Arkansas; sister, Sharon Marenger of Sault St. Marie, Ontario, Canada; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Anne is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Scott Walter McNeil.
Interment: Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches, Texas.
