Bernice Esther Larson was born August 18, 1910 at Arlington to Emil and Bertha(Nelson)Larson. Bernice graduated from Arlington High School in 1928. She then attended Eastern Normal in Madison and taught school in the Arlington area for many years, retiring in 1975. She entered the Arlington Care Center in January of 1997. Bernice was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Eastern Star, Sons of Norway, B&K Club, and Civic League.
Bernice, 85, died Thursday, February 27, 1997 at the Arlington Care Center in Arlington. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, March 4, 1998 at the Trinity Lutheran Church. Burial was in the Lake Whitewood Lutheran Cemetery.
Bernice is survived by one son Gary of Elkhart, Indiana, five grandchildren, four nephews, and one niece.
