Reo Porteous, 42, of 338 West Fayette St., an employee of the Solvay Process Company for a number of years died this morning at the hospital of the Good Shepherd after an illness of several months. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Nellie Porteous, a son Edward C.Porteous, his father John Porteous & a sister, Mrs. Charles Sterling [sic Durling], all of Syracuse. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon at the undertaking rooms of Muliln V McGourty by the Rev.James B. Knapenberger. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
