She came to Hay Springs with her father, Charles Buske in 1918. A kind and loving daughter at home and was loved by all who knew her.
Besides her husband, Dewitt Hanks, she leaves to mourn her death, her father Chas Buske and seven sisters, Mrs. T. L. Wallin of Chadron, Mrs. R. H Mitchell and Mrs. Frank West of Broadwater, Mrs. R. H., Brikner, Mrs. U. R. Hanks, Mrs. G. W Sexton and Mrs. Bertha Buske of Hay Springs.
Funeral services were held in the Methodist Church, Hay Springs, Saturday, Feb. 14. Burial in the Hay Springs cemetery.

We wish to thank all those who so kindly assisted us in the sickness of our beloved wife, daughter and sister. Those who arranged the funeral and brought many flowers, especially Mr. and Mrs. Molzahn and the young ladies who carried her to her resting place. It was a comfort to see that we h ad friends in time of need.
