Arthur LeRoy, son of James and Lillian May Talbot Fincham, of Wells Township, Marshall County,Kansas, died on January 1, 1916 after an illness of several days with double pneumonia. He was born Aug. 22, 1895 in the same farm where he died. His mother preceded him in death on Nov. 9, 1897. One brother, Clarence and one sister, Ethel also preceded him in death. He leaves to mourn his death; his father James, his step-mother Jessie, a step-brother, Homer Foreman, one brother, Frederick, a half-sister, Thelma, two half-brothers, Russell and Jack; his grandparents, Wm. and Mary A. Fincham, and his grandfather, John Talbot of Marysville; all attended the funeral excepting his brother Frederick, who was very ill with pneumonia. Services were conducted at the Methodist Church in Blue Rapids with burial in the Prospect Hill Cemetery, rural Blue Rapids, Kansas.
