Weaver- Evered P. Weaver, 58 died at his home, 717 Twenty-second street, at 3:30 o'clock Monday afternoon, following a protracted illness. Mr. Weaver was born in Bay City, Dec. 4, 1882. Surviving are his widow, Maud; two sons, Harold and Paul, both of Bay City; three daughters, Mrs. Albert Yanna, of Tawas City, Mrs Horace Bellinger and Miss. Garnetta Weaver both of Bay City; three brothers, Frank and Erwin, of Detroit, and John Weaver, of Portsmouth township; one sister, Mrs. William Allen, of Detroit; and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Vallender Funeral Home at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon. Burial will be in Green Ridge cemetery.
