Harold G. Weaver, 54, of 108 State Street passed away early Wednesday morning at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Saginaw following a few months illness. He was born in Bay City on April 26, 1916 and had been a lifelong resident. Surviving are his wife, Edna; one brother, Paul Weaver of Bay City and one sister, Mrs. Garnetta Schnopple also of Bay City . Mr. Weaver was an army veteran of World War Two and a member of the Robert King, Jr. Chapter No. 9, Disabled American Veterans. The funeral service will be held at 2 o'clock from the Stapish Funeral Home with the Rev. E.N. Sheridan officiating. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery .
