The body of Mrs. J. Squires was buried at Bellevue cemetery this afternoon. The funeral exercises were held at the late residence of the deceased.

She was previously married to Samuel Green. Wife of Jesse Squires Sr. The Squire family lived in Omaha, Nebraska when the 1880 census was taken. In 1900, Jesse Squires Sr. lived in Bellevue, Nebraska and was listed as widowed. Jesse Sr. eventually moved to Norway, Republic County, Kansas where he lived with his son Alfred Squires and his family.
