Married William H. Wright in Kansas City, MO on May 1, 1920. She had been a resident of Chicago for 20 years, and died there after a brief illness.

BURIAL TODAY

Joint funeral services for Mrs. Minnie B. McVey, 89, Haughton, and her daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Wright, 64, Chicago, Ill., will be held today in the Bossier City Rose-Neath Chapel.

Mrs. McVey, a Haughton resident for 50 years, died Tuesday morning in a local nursing home. Mrs. Wright died Saturday in Chicago, where she had resided 20 years, after a brief illness.

Officiating at the services will be the Rev. Hall Peyton, pastor of the Red Chute Baptist Chapel. Burial will be in Fillmore Cemetery.

Mrs. McVey, a native of Indiana, is survived by two sons, P. W. McVey of Houston, Tex., and W. N. McVey of King City, Mo.; three daughters, Mrs. H. C. Deputy of Rocheport, Mo., Mrs. O. E. King of Hume, Mo., and Mrs. Gil Dye, Sr., Phoenix, Ariz.; 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Wright is survived by two brothers and three sisters.

Pallbearers will be M. H. Matlock, L. B. Cherry, Paul B. Lindy, the Rev. Warren Dement, Rex Beard and R. E. Biggs.
