Milford O. "Bus" Barackman of Aloha, OR died December 11, 1995 at a Portland medical center of a stroke. Milford was born November 21, 1914 in Curtis, NE & served in the US Air Force during WWII. He worked as a cable splicer for GTE Northwest for 30 years & was a member of the Cornelius United Methodist Church. Mr. Barackman enjoyed hunting and fishing & was proud of bagging a 1400 pound moose in British Columbia & catching a 40 pound fish. He is survived by daughters, Leone Sikora or Aloha, OR, & Connie Tucker of Black Hawk, SD; 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; & a sister, Hazel W. (Jay E.) Miller of Kearney, NE. Funeral service was held Thursday, December 14, 1995 at 11 AM at Pegg, Paxson, & Springer Funeral Chapel in Beaverton, OR. Private family entombment at Skyline Memorial Gardens in Portland. Memorials preferred to the American Heart Fund or the American Cancer Society.
