Gary Roger Eckard, (wearing the homemade sailor suit, his mother "Zola Juanita TRIPLET Eckard," made him and his younger brother, (Melvin Lee Eckard), somewhere around (1943-44) in Newark, Ohio.

(Source): My father (Melvin Lee Eckard) showed me the picture of him and his older brother "Gary," posing together with their Uncle Bernard Lee Triplet (who was a Navy Sailor).
