Joseph C. Hill
Joseph C. Hill, 74, died at his home in Champion Heights early today following five months illness. Until a month ago he was a Warren resident. Born June 4, 1856, Mr. Hill was well known in Warren and the vicinity.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mary Hill, four sons, Bert of Braceville, Ora of Warren and Clifton and Floyd of Champion, a sister, Mrs. Margaret Trouthman, Los Angeles, and two brothers, James of Mt. Vernon, N.Y., and George of Alliance.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Love's funeral home in Cortland in charge of Rev. A.W. Deutsch. Burial in Hillside cemetery, Cortland..
