BRACEVILLE- Bert John Hill, 60, retired mill worker who had resided in Braceville for the past 26 years, died early today at the residence followng an illness of two years.
He was born Jan 20, 1883, in Colebrook to Joseph and Mary Hill. He was a member of the Braceville Christian Church.
Surviving are his wife, Grace; two sons, Fay of Phalanx Station and Ray of M.C. 37, Warren; one daughter, Mrs. Eva Geddes of Braceville; three brothers, Ora of Ashtabula, Cliffton of Fayettsville, W Va, and Floyd of Youngstown and two grandchildren.
The body is at the James Funeral Home in Newton Falls, where friends may call at anytime. The family will meet friends there Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.
Private funeral services will be held at the funeral home Wednesday at 1:30, followed by public services at the Braceville Christian Church at 2 p.m., with Rev. Thedore Brumbaugh in charge.
Burial will be in Braceville Cemetery.
