Henry Cecil "Piper" Moran age 80, of 106 South Second Street in Greensburg, departed this life on Sunday, December 22, 1991, at his home. He was born in Green County on April 8, 1911, to the late Joe Daniel Moran and Linda Wright Moran. He is survived by his wife, Nellie Agnus McAlister Moran, two daughters, Norma Jean Wooten of Hendersonville, Tenn. and Barbara Judd of Greensburg, one son, Duane Moran of Carmel, Indiana, three sisters Dora Bloyd and Ora Judd of Greensburg, and Vera Davis of Louisville, two grandchildren and two step grandchildren. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, December 24,1991, at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home, with burial in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Bro. Gleason Bloyd officiated over the service with music provided by Betty Jo Larimore. Pallbearers were Aaron Moran, Ronnie Judd, Donald Gene Judd, Clifford Pruitt, Donald Gene Bishop, and T. J. Bishop.
