DEAN FAWNS HEGGIE, beloved husband of Georga Clifton Heggie passed away in Raymond, Friday, July 21, 2006 at the age of 90 years. Dean was born March 14, 1916 in Raymond to Velv and Lauretta Heggie.
Dean is survived by his wife, Georga of 66 years, their 8 daughters; Lauretta (Roland) Boisselle, Barbara (Max) Salmon, Verla (Monte) Flexhaug, Myrna (Brian) Worthington Beverly (Gary) Mertz, Valery (Gordon) Neilson, Charlene (Jim) Randall, Janet (Larry) Baron; 31 grandchildren; 55 great grand children, and 3 great great grandchildren.
He is also survived by 1 brother, Gordon (Aneta) Heggie and 2 sisters, Ramona Geremia, and Evelyn (Steve) Prokop.
Dean received his schooling in Raymond and Brooks. He served in Royal Canadian Medical Corp for 3 years. He enjoyed the outdoors and horses. He served in community organizations.
Funeral Services will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Raymond Stake Chapel on Wednesday, July 26, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. Internment in the Temple Hill Cemetery, Raymond.
