Ms. Donett Davidson, 60, passed away on Thursday, October 11, 2012, at the Fairfield Nursing and Rehab Center. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Tuesday, October 16, at the First United Methodist Church in Teague. Rev. Alan Van Hooser will officiate. Interment will follow the services at Greenwood Cemetery in Teague. There will be no visitation at the funeral home, but friends and family are invited to come by and sign the registry book during regular office hours between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday, Oct. 15, or prior to the service on Tuesday morning.

Donett was born in Sherman, Texas, to the late William A. "Pete" and Sybil Davidson. She graduated from Teague High School with the Class of 1970.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Rusty Davidson.

She is survived by son, Jason Neal and wife, Kim, of Dew; grandchildren, Justin Neal, Warren Neal, and Sophia Neal; brothers, Royce Davidson, of Arlington, Noah Davidson, of Lake Limestone, Jim Davidson, of Bellmead, and Jerry Davidso,n of Teague; sister, Donna Head, of Richland Chambers Lake; numerous nieces and nephews, including Trey Davidson, of Teague; and special friend, Anita "Shotsie" Drury, of Lafayette, Louisiana.
