Leona Ferguson, 77, of Orient, passed away Sunday, October 7, 2012 in her home surrounded by her loving family. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Southwest Freewill Baptist Church, 1542 Greenleaf Road, Columbus, OH 43223. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Leona's name to Southwest Freewill Baptist Church. A special thank you to Tom Sanders, RN and the rest of the staff at Mt. Carmel Hospice for all their compassion and care given to Leona and her family.

Survived by children, Regina (Jeff) Bomar, Sharon (Paul) Dobner, Clifford D. Ferguson, Kimberli Cochran, Nikki (Chris) Eason; grandchildren, Kelcie and Hayley Bomar, Brandon, Kyle, Zachary and Jacob Cochran, Lexie Ferguson and Ashley Laskey, Christopher and Cody Landis; brothers and sisters, Wanda (Jim) White, Elijah (Sue) Baker, Shirley (Willis) Blevins; Esther Howard; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
