She was born on January 29, 1916 in Trowbridge, the daughter of Grover and Nellie Storm Storm. She married Donald O. Cross on September 1, 1934. He died on July 1, 1981. Surviving are her daughters, Shirley Garrido and husband Luis, Sandra Graven and Kay Rice and husband Ed; sister, Letha Snow and husband Howard; sisters-in-law, Hazel Storm and Irene Storm; eight grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and two great- great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Cross; son, Ronald Cross on August 18, 1991; three brothers, Ervin, Laverne and Donald Storm; and great grandson, Michael Garrido. She was a member of the Shelby Christian Church and Shelby County Home Extension, Rose Unit. She enjoyed quilting and gardening.
