Mrs. Louis E. Lund Dies Suddenly.
Mrs. Margaret Lund, wife of Louis E. Lund of Alexandria Township, died at her home on last Saturday evening after an illness of three days. Her demise is mourned by her husband and four children, the oldest of whom has scarcely reached manhood. the funeral services were held on Tuesday at one o'clock from the home, the services being conducted by Rev. B. A. Benson of Alexandria, and pastor of the Nelson Norwegian Church, of which the deceased was a member. The interment took place at the Nelson Cemetery, the pallbearers were John O'Brien, Soren Jensen, L. Slade, Chris and Olof Knutson and Andrew Lommen.
Mrs. Lund was born in Hallingdal, Norway, Oct. 15, 1871 and married Mr. Lund in Martin County, Minnesota in 1888, her maiden name being Margaret Olsson. To this union were born four children, Edward, Gilbert, Fred and Alberta, who now mourn the loss of a good and kind mother. Mr. Lund and family have the sympathy of many neighbors and friends. To all of these Mr. Lund wishes to express his appreciation of the many kindnesses shown his family in this sad hour of bereavement.
