James Charles Pepper, 46 of Port Orchard, died on June 23, 2010, in Bremerton. He was born November 11, 1963 in Oakland, CA. He grew up in Alameda and Tracy, CA, and in Mountlake Terrace and Kitsap County, WA. He graduated from Olympic High School, Silverdale, in June 1981. Jim enjoyed online gaming and the rock band KISS. He loved dogs, especially his terriers Charlie and the late Sparky.

Jim is survived by his father and stepmother Gary and Wendy Pepper of Port Orchard; three brothers, John Hollis of Montana; Dan Hollis and Ed Pepper of Walla Walla; two sisters, Janelle Dixon of Silverdale and Janis Sanders of Tracy, CA. His extended family included numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and others who loved him. He was preceded in death by his mother Roberta Pepper and brothers, David and Bob.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, July 1, at Westside Baptist Church, 5501 Werner Road, Bremerton, WA. Interment will be at Sunset Lane Cemetery in Port Orchard at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to PAWS of Bremerton, 3306 Perry Avenue Bremerton, WA 98310-5317.
