Harry E. Amerine, 68, Wilton, died Saturday at his home.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Gill-Lacock Funeral Home, Wilton. Rev. Harold C. Potts will officiate and burial will be in the Oakdale Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 9 p.m. today.
Harry Amerine was born Jan. 10, 1909, at Muscatine, the son of Edward and Dottie Schmidt Amerine. He married Violet Fowler July 5, 1936, at Rock Island.
He retired from John Deere in 1970, was a member of the Muscatine Moose lodge and the Grace United Church of Christ at Wilton.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two grandchildren.
