OBITUARIES - William J. Neenan
EAST BLOOMFIELD --- William J. Neenan, 99, died Monday in Thompson Hospital, Canandaigua, where he had been a patient since Friday.
Mr. Neenan was born March 31, 1867, in the house on Michigan Street Extension, where he had spent his entire life. He was one of nine children of John and Catherine Curran Neenan. He had been engaged in farming.
Last October 25, Mr. and Mrs. Neenan, the former Abbie Hilliard, observed their 67th wedding anniversary. Mrs. Neenan is now hospitalized.
Besides his wife he is survived by two sons, Albert and Francis, both at home, and several nieces and nephews including Town Supervisor, Walter E. Neenan and Louis Neenan who live next to the William Neenan homestead.
Burial will be in St. Bridget's Cemetery.
